Two cars collided head-on on the Millseweg in Beers, reportedly in a bend. One of the vehicles was a 1988 Opel Ascona. One occupant was injured and taken to hospital with injuries that were not specified, while two other occupants were checked by ambulance staff but did not need hospital treatment.

Both drivers tested negative for alcohol. The Millseweg remains closed to traffic and road users are being diverted; it is not yet clear how long the closure will last.
