Almelo entrepreneur Tanju Balci had signed a purchase contract to take over the now-closed restaurant Ibiza on Amaliaplein and turn it into a Brazilian restaurant. The plan was stopped after landlord Grolsch objected, reportedly because it expected too little beer turnover.
