The Moroccan Party for Authenticity and Modernity (PAM), which won the most seats in last month’s election, is forming a coalition with the conservative-nationalist Istiqlal party and the moderate socialist parties USFP and PPP. The coalition is set to form Morocco’s government and includes the party of Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri, described as the country’s first female prime minister.
