Firmus’s planned Sydney IPO did not proceed

Firmus, a data centre company, had planned a Sydney initial public offering that would have been valued at about one billion dollars. The offering did not proceed, as investors were reportedly unwilling to take part. It had been expected to become the second-largest Australian IPO on record.
