Drone attacks on ships off Bulgaria

Two ships were hit by drones in the Black Sea off Bulgaria, and one of them sank, Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev said. One crew member from the sunken vessel was rescued, while it remains unclear whether anyone is missing.
The other vessel, the Malta-flagged Ukrainian ship Chelsea 3, was attacked by three drones at about 1:30 a.m. local time. Its crew of seven Ukrainians and eight Azerbaijanis was rescued; five received medical treatment and none was seriously injured. Radev called the attack unacceptable and a serious violation of international law, summoned Russia's ambassador and contacted NATO and the EU. He said there was no clear evidence of responsibility but that Russia was suspected; Russia had not responded.
