Delft identifies site for long-term asylum reception and flexible housing

The municipality of Delft has identified a site at sports fields in the north of the city for a sustainable building to accommodate 350 asylum seekers for 15 years and provide flexible housing for 200 people. The site was deemed suitable by the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA).

Half of the flexible homes are intended for Delft residents urgently seeking housing and for start-ups, while the other half is intended for displaced people from Ukraine.
