At an interim hearing, a court heard that there are strong indications that 22-year-old Khalid W. was involved in a shooting at a barbershop in Amsterdam-Zuidoost on 22 June. W. had been on leave from Lelystad prison that day. Whether W. fired the shots remains to be decided during the substantive hearing of the case.
