Lawyer Johan van Groningen said a court case involving a transport company from Beek en Donk over the ban on sleeping in a truck cabin could have major consequences for international road transport. He said the ban could mean that truck drivers would no longer be allowed to sleep in their cabs in the Netherlands and would threaten Laarbeek.
