Wibautstraat in Amsterdam-Oost was closed to car traffic between Prins Bernhardplein and President Steynstraat from the evening of 9 October until Friday 23 October. It had previously been closed overnight from 7 to 9 October.

The municipality said it was carrying out work on the road, cycle path and traffic lights. Motorists were advised to use the Piet Heintunnel, Berlagebrug or Stadhouderskade; a motorist reported traffic jams in the area.
