Tolhuistuin in Amsterdam-Noord closed its garden during the day because of persistent nuisance. The garden had already been closed in the evenings. Director Anne Schaepman said the safety of visitors and staff could no longer be guaranteed, citing groups who drink alcohol and behave aggressively.
