ParadiseCards TCG on Nieuwe Ebbingestraat in Groningen was broken into overnight. The burglars appeared to be targeting Pokémon cards and other valuable trading cards, according to owner Jos Smeins.

A later report said three suspects smashed a window, caused damage inside the shop and fled on two motorcycles. Smeins described the incident as difficult to accept.
