Ithaca Holdings acquired Bumble, the company behind the dating app, in a deal worth more than $1.3 billion. Bumble is being taken private and will leave the stock market.

The reported deal value is far below Bumble’s valuation at its 2021 initial public offering. Bumble has been facing declining user numbers, according to the reports.
