Princess Beatrix, 88, took part in the annual Orange Path walking event in Apeldoorn to raise money for scientific research into muscle diseases. Singer and ambassador Dennis van Aarssen was also present, walked with Beatrix and was allowed to announce the proceeds.

On Saturday afternoon, Princess Beatrix visited the seventh edition of the Oranjepad, an annual walking event organized by the Princess Beatrix Spierfonds, at Het Loo. She encouraged participants along the route and spoke with some of them, according to images shared on Instagram by the EO program Blue Blood.
