Property company Kloosterveste, which owns Hotel De Zon in Oosterwolde, has been declared bankrupt. Curator Jilles Knotter said the bankruptcy resulted from a misunderstanding and expected it to be overturned on appeal. The owner was reported to have missed a call and is contesting the bankruptcy.
