Police responded to a report at about 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday that several people had tried to rob a 27-year-old man from Den Bosch. A firearm was reportedly seen, and the suspects fled after the attempted robbery failed.

During the search, officers encountered a man on Mgr. Diepenstraat who matched a description. He did not initially follow instructions to stop, so officers fired a warning shot. He then complied, and a check found that he was not involved in the case. The investigation into the attempted robbery is ongoing.
