Artificial garden installed in Enschede parking garage

A display of artificial plants, grass and a pond was installed at the entrance of the Van Heekgarage in Enschede, described as the country’s largest parking garage. The municipality hopes the installation will make the garage feel more welcoming and safer. It has also drawn criticism over the amount of plastic used.
