About 50 young people gathered at Griftpark in Utrecht on Friday night after calls on TikTok and Snapchat to attend a "party" and rally, with reports describing the calls as being for riots and fighting. Police, who were aware of the call, went to the park. Two Utrecht boys, aged 15 and 17, were arrested and fireworks were seized.
