Two Latvian men living in the United Kingdom were arrested after entering RAF Molesworth in Cambridgeshire. The military police initially arrested them on suspicion of trespassing; suspicion was later added that they intended to harm the United Kingdom. The case is being investigated by the police counter-terrorism department. A single report said the men, aged 36 and 32, were detained at about 2am after guards found an abandoned car and a small hole in the base perimeter fence at about 10pm.
