The Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court of Appeal ruled on the 2023 case in which actor Bas Muijs was lured to a house in Arnhem, held hostage and abused. Main suspect Harry W. received 24 months in prison, including six months suspended, the same sentence as at first instance. The suspended portion carries a three-year probation period with special conditions.
