The sale of 18 apartments for starters and seniors in the Blijfstede plan in Ruinerwold is expected to begin in December, if everything proceeds as planned. This would bring an end to a long delay at the site formerly occupied by public education organisation Woldwijk and, before that, the SNS bank. The apartment complex is shorter than in the original design.
