Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha attended a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Luxembourg. On arrival, he urged Europe to act together, take responsibility for its future and seek to restore peace, calling for Russia's President Vladimir Putin to be stopped in Ukraine.
